It’s Sugar Time

I love food!  I love to eat food!  I love to prepare food!  I love to serve food!  I thought that every once in a while I would share this passion with you via our blog.  I am posting a great summer dessert recipe that is easy and inexpensive to make.  Hooray for cheap and easy food that is delish!  Enjoy! – Nikki

Key Lime Cheesecake

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (softened)

1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk

1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping (thawed)

4 oz. lime juice (about 5 limes)

9 in. graham cracker pie crust (you can buy one or make your own / I have done both)

Begin beating cream cheese and slowly add in condensed milk and beat well.  Add whipped topping and continue to beat as you add in lime juice.  Beat until the mixture is thick and smooth.  Pour into 9 in. graham cracker crust.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
